Executive Valet Parking Instructions and Information:

  • Executive Valet Parking is a Full Service Valet.
  • Simply pull your car into the designated parking lanes for drop-off on the side of our new building. 
  • Leave your keys in the vehicle.  Come inside the office and check-in with our friendly Customer Service Representatives.
  • If you are in the Express Club, simply show your card for a speedy check-in OR use our *NEW* Self Check-In Kiosk, and skip the entire line.  If you made a reservation online, please hand the reservations, and/or discount coupons in upon check-in.  After the check in process, you will be given a claim check number.  The driver will load your luggage onto the bus and bring you down to your terminal at Bradley International Airport. 
  • When you return from your trip, collect your luggage in the baggage claim area.  Then proceed to the designated area outside for Valet Pick-ups and call our office from your cell phone at 860-668-5272 or toll free from a pay phone at 1-877-BDL-PARK.  (We do have a complimentary phone in the baggage claim area if you do not have a cell phone) Tell the Customer Service Representative your claim check number, and then step outside near the Valet signs.  Or you can Text in your Claim Check Number, Last Name, and Airline to 860-830-7737 with our new Text messaging system that will alert us that you need to be picked up.(Standard Text Messaging Rates Apply).  After you call or text us, the bus will be there to pick you up within a few minutes.  When you return to Executive Valet Parking, your car will be pulled up and waiting for you.  If you are paying cash, please step inside to settle your bill; if not, we will charge your credit card and your receipt will be in the car.  Your driver will then load your luggage into your vehicle for you.
  • During winter time, we will have the car heated and cleared of ice and snow.  During Summertime, your windows will be rolled down to air out the car, or if you request we will turn your air conditioner on to cool your car.
