Simply pull your car into the designated parking spaces for drop-off in the front of our building.
Leave your keys in the vehicle. Come inside the office and check-in with our friendly Customer Service Representatives.
If you are in the Express Club, simply show your card for a speedy check-in. If you made a reservation online, please hand the reservations, and/or discount coupons in upon check-in. After the check in process, you will be given a claim check number. The driver will load your luggage onto the bus and bring you down to your terminal at Bradley International Airport.
When you return from your trip, collect your luggage in the baggage claim area. Then proceed to the designated area for Valet Pick-ups outside and call our office from your cell phone at 860-668-5272 or toll free from a pay phone at 1-800-BDL-PARK. Tell the Customer Service Representative your claim check number, and then step outside near the Valet signs. The bus will be there to pick you up within a few minutes. When you return to Executive Valet Parking, your car will be pulled up waiting for you. If you are in the Express Club, simply get in your car and your receipt will be in it and you can drive off. If you are not in the Express Club, come inside and settle your bill with the Customer Service Representative. Your driver will then load your luggage into your vehicle for you.
During winter time, we will have the car heated and cleared of ice and snow. During Summertime, your windows will be rolled down to air out the car, or if you request we will turn your air conditioner on to cool your car.
